We are here for the community
Strengthening and encouraging all Muslims to be faithful to Allah (SWT), Strengthening and encouraging all Muslims to remain faithful to Allah (SWT) by following the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and his Sunnah, while leading by example in society.
Providing effective religious leadership for all Muslims in Australia, fostering unity and collaboration among Imams, State Councils of Imams, Islamic scholars, mosques, and religious organisations. Additionally, engaging with government, non-government, and civil institutions across Australia to serve the greater good and advance the interests of the Muslim community.
Working towards promoting better relations and understanding, between Muslims, other faith groups, and the broader Australian society by advocating for religious understanding and freedom, while upholding the values of morality, fairness, equity, and justice within the Muslim community and the wider society.
Establishing a Council of Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Research consisting of qualified Imams and Islamic
scholars to Issue Islamic legal rulings (Fatwa) on new and emerging issues, considering the socio-cultural, economic, and political contexts in Australia.
Developing and implementing strategic plans and programs, to address the issues and challenges facing the Muslim community, including those related to Islamic identity, education, family, dispute resolution, youth, women, foreign affairs and human rights.
Organising conferences, workshops, and training programs, to promote a clear understanding of Islam, its mainstream teachings, and to address misconceptions about Islam and Muslims.
